Mr. Benetatos uses only one of the leading hyaluronic acid classes, Allergan’s Juvederm, approved by the American Medicines Agency for Human Application (FDA Approval). Hyaluronic Acid, although it is an artificial product, however, is a natural component of the skin and contains no animal constituents, unlike Collagen, resulting in it being totally hypoallergenic and devoid of side effects. It is completely safe, absorbed slowly by the skin and its duration ranges from six to twelve months. There are several types / densities of hyaluronic acid that are used for different purposes. The thinner the hyaluronic acid is, the better it is for the treatment of fine wrinkles, however, its duration is of short duration. In contrast, thicker hyaluronic / thicker are ideal for deeper infusions and more volume. Within the range of Juvederm, the following products are available:

Hyaluronic acid is injected under the skin and the procedure is carried out in the Doctor’s office of Constantine Benetatos. It usually lasts between fifteen and thirty (15 to 30) minutes, and in some cases local anesthetic is also used. Juvederm contains a small amount of local anesthetic and therefore its use is far more painless than other similar products.
Treatment with hyaluronic acid will take about fifteen to thirty (15 to 30) minutes. For the treatment of small areas, the procedure can be performed under local anesthesia.
Treatment with hyaluronic acid is a treatment that is described as “lunch break treatment” abroad, commonly after its application, one can return to work without apparent signs of treatment.
Patients should avoid intense exercise on the day of treatment.
You will be able to see the results directly. Initially, of course it will be slightly more intense than expected.
Their duration is from six to twelve months, which varies from patient to patient, but also from the area of treatment. In extremely aggressive areas, such as lips, hyaluronic acid tends to last for not so long. Usually treatment is repeated up to twice a year and over the years the results become more and more permanent.
